NYSID Alums, Staff Gather in Recognition of 9-11

Superintendent of Insurance James Wrynn makes a presentation
to former Superintendent Greg Serio during ceremonies held on 9-12-11.
Superintendent Serio headed the Department on 9-11 and was instrumental
in organizing the tenth anniversary remembrance.
